About Myself
I'm 25 years old from Tempe, Arizona. Before I started working out seriously I played travel ice hockey at the AAA level for 12 years. While playing hockey competitively, I was fast and skilled, but usually one of the smaller kids on the ice. I wanted to take my hockey career as far as I could, so I slowly started developing my body with a weight set my parents bought me for Christmas. I initially started working out at the age of 14 and started seeing results fairly quick. Aside from playing sports I loved working out and quickly developed knowledge about proper lifting technique and nutrition. Fast forward to now, I've been working out consistently for 10 years, and have built my physique 100% on my own, naturally. Over the years I've found a true passion for personal training and have made it a true priority to help others achieve their personal fitness goals. With that said, I have limited openings for my in-person training and online training mainly because I want to fully engage with each client, and make sure they are taken care of by me personally. Since I first started my fitness journey, my goal was not only to improve my physique and the longevity of my life, but to help others achieve their fitness goals as well.
